    Lyft emails and receipts

    We send all Lyft emails to the email address in your app settings. This includes ride receipts, support emails, and important account updates.

    Ride receipts

    After you pay for a ride, we email you the ride receipt. You can view or update your email address in your app settings.

    View or resend ride receipts

    To view or export ride receipts in your Lyft app, open the app menu and tap 'Ride history.' Tap a ride to view the receipt.
    To export multiple ride receipts from your ride history:
    1. Tap 'Export' in the top right corner.
    2. Select the rides you want receipts for.
    3. Tap 'Send report' at the bottom of the screen. We'll email you a ride report for those rides.

    Updating your email address

    To update your email address in your Lyft app or Lyft Driver app:
    1. Open your app menu.
    2. Tap 'Settings.'
    3. Tap your email address.
    4. Enter the email address you want to use.
    5. Enter the code we send to your email.

    I'm not getting emails from Lyft

    To find emails from us, search "Lyft" in your email inbox. Check the email address in your app settings to make sure your email address is spelled correctly and that you're searching in the right inbox.

    Spam or junk folder

    If you aren't finding emails from us in your inbox, try searching in your spam or junk folder.
    Follow your email provider's instructions to mark Lyft emails as 'not spam' so they'll go to your inbox instead.

    Blocked emails

    If you can't find emails from us in your inbox or spam folder, your email server may be blocking them.
    Check your email account settings to make sure that Lyft emails aren't blocked. Lyft emails will come from an address ending with @lyftmail.com, @lyft.com, or @lyft.zendesk.com.

    Unsubscribing from promotional emails

    We'll send you emails about promotions and special offers from Lyft. For drivers, this includes emails about bonuses and other earning opportunities.
    To unsubscribe, open any promotional email from Lyft and click the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom.
    We'll still send you important emails — such as account updates, ride receipts, and support emails.
    To resubscribe to promotional emails:
    1. Open any promotional email from Lyft.
    2. Click the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom.
    3. Click the 'Unsubscribe' button to update the page.
    4. Click the 'Resubscribe' button to resume emails.
