New driver welcome kit
New drivers will receive a welcome kit that includes the official Lyft emblem and a guide to getting out on the road.
You should receive the welcome kit within 1-2 weeks after you're approved to drive. The kit will be shipped to the address on your account.
The Lyft emblem helps passengers identify your vehicle and keeps you in compliance with local regulations.
The emblem should be displayed in the bottom-right corner of your windshield.
You may be required to display the emblem in a clear, transparent sleeve on the inside of your windshield. Check your local city and state requirements for more info.
Here's what the Lyft emblem looks like:
If you've yet to receive the welcome kit or need a new one, print out a temporary emblem for your windshield. The emblem should be printed in color and should be discarded once your emblem arrives.
Only active and approved drivers are authorized to use the Lyft emblem or other Lyft trademarks, per our Terms of Service.

Amps and other placards
Amps are emblems for eligible drivers as a way to mark your driving goals and to make pickups easier!
Amps aren’t available in all regions. We'll contact you when you’re eligible to receive an Amp. Make sure your email address and shipping address is up to date. Learn more about Lyft Amp.
Additional placards or documentation may be required to give rides to and from your region's airport. Learn more about your city's airport regulations.
Bikes and scooters stickers
We care about keeping our roads safe for all bike and scooter users. Here's what the Bikes and scooters sticker looks like:
Even if the sticker isn't required in your region, it's a great way to remind passengers to be mindful of others when exiting the vehicle.
The sticker should be placed on the vehicle's back windows. You can print out a temporary sticker here.
